I think he/she is pointing out a definite game design flaw. It would make more sense if the potions were more easily accesible and switchable like with some sort of hotbar, but the design oversight is pretty glaring. Really the entire gameplay menu reeks of needing basic optimization features that are Industry standards for at least a decade.
